Up Doc?
Combat Medics
played a crucial role in the Vietnam War. They were there to save
lives when the bullets were flying thick and fast, yet few books
have been written about their exploits. Author Ralph Matkin was
a combat medical aidman assigned to the 101st Airborne Division
in Vietnam. This is part one of his book that looks at training
and his arrival and assignment to the 101st in Vietnam. Parts
two and three will be published together and will be available
shortly.
